A Sweet Little Treat

So this one is my little treat! After drinking healthy smoothies all week why not treat yourself to a yummy milkshake! 


-Ice cream of your choice ( I chose caramel flavor)
-2 tbs vanilla Greek yogurt
-couple almonds
-couple walnuts
-1 frozen banana
-tbs of peanut butter
-filled with milk

Blend and Enjoy! Xo

You could also add some protein powder to this too!
