Blackberry Beet Pineapple Smoothie

Whenever I make a smoothie with pineapple and beets, it comes out so delicious! Also, apple makes them so refreshing! I love making these smoothies and coming up with different recipes. It's such an easy fun way to eat fruits and vegetables in your diet everyday (well almost everyday) ;). These fruits and vegetables have so many major benefits to your health. Drinking one of these smoothies is also an easy way to eat your vegetables twice a day; in a smoothie and for lunch or dinner!

- handful baby kale
- 1 cup pineapple
- couple frozen blackberries
- 1 sliced beet
- 1 chopped stalk celery
- 1 sliced green apple
- 2 tbsp almonds
- 4 sunflower flax snax (optional)
- filled with vanilla coconut milk

Avocado Mango Smoothie

This smoothie is soooo yummy!! This is exactly how I love my smoothies! Full of flavor, creamy, super filling and full of nutrients!

I used sunflower flax snax in this smoothie just to add some more nutritional benefits, but you could use any type of nut or seed, or just not use any at all.

Also, I added some coconut oil which is also for some added benefits. Two tablespoons of coocnut oil per day has so many benefits for you. It can boost thyroid function which helps increase your metabolism and help you lose weight. It also helps give you energy and can lower your cholesterol. Also, a study was proven that 2 tablespoons of coconut oil per day helps with weight control and lowers the fat around your abdominal that we all know is so hard to get rid of! Bottom line, everyone can benefit from coconut oil and by adding it to your smoothies is just a quick and easy way to get it.

- handful baby spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 sliced cucumber
- 1 frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- sunflower flax snax (optional)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- filled with vanilla almond milk

Blend & Enjoy! Xo

Energy Boosting Avocado Kiwi Smoothie

This smoothie is one of the best ones I have made so far! The taste actually took me by surprise, I was not expecting it to be so good!!

Kiwi is one of the best sources of energy you can get! It gives you an instant energy boost and not to mention amazing for you. Also, getting energy from a kiwi is far better than getting it by drinking coffee or an energy drink and you will not crash later either! I have learned that just two kiwis have more potassium than one banana and more vitamin c than one orange! Another awesome fact about kiwi is that it has the least amount of pesticides on it compared to other fruits and vegetables (making it on the "clean 15" list) so you really don't have to buy it organic, and it's also very reasonably priced too which is always a plus! It's really just one of the best super foods you can eat and by putting it in a smoothie like this is great! :)

- handful baby spinach
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 frozen mango
- 1 stalk of celery
- about 1/4 sliced cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- handful almonds
- filled with vanilla almond milk

If you guys would like me to explain in detail why I think smoothies are better than juicing, let me know below in the comments! Hope you enjoy!
