Blackberry Banana Avocado Smoothie

So I been drinking these smoothies every single day for the last month and because of that, I do not go a day without drinking one. Today I was very busy and kept trying to get to it but then something else would come up, but I was not going to let myself not drink one today for the first time in a month. I also have a 3 month old little boy who keeps me very busy but I will always make time out of my day to make one. Once you start drinking one of these everyday and turn it into a habit, you won't want to miss a day!

This one is very good, I tried using more vegetables in this recipe. Whenever I make a smoothie, I'm always reaching for the fruit! I definetly need to get better at that, but I'm trying! :) either way they are very good for you. :)

Also, I added a banana after I made it using the ingredients shown in the picture. Bananas are my favorite and I can't seem to not make one without it! It just adds such a delicious taste and makes it nice and creamy! When I buy my bananas I peel them, slice them, then put them right in the freezer! When you use frozen ingredients you don't have to add ice and they stay good longer!

- handful baby spinach
- couple baby carrots
- handful frozen raspberries
- 1/2 avocado
- handful almonds
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- about 1/4 peeled & sliced cucumber
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- filled with water

Blend & Enjoy! Xo

Green Mango Banana Smoothie

So I did a little experiment because honestly I couldn't choose how I wanted to make this smoothie, so I tried it both ways! And this is what I did.. First I just wanted to make a regular mango and banana smoothie without the green, so I made that first. I tasted it, it was good but it didn't have enough flavor to it for me so I then decided to add some green to it! I took out my baby spinach and sliced up some cucumber and BAM, delicious! It added just the right flavor and made it perfect! You can try both ways also if you like! If you do, leave a comment and let me know which way you preferred! :)

Here it is..

Cut up 1 mango and 1 banana
Add a handful of almonds
3 thin slices of ginger
2 tbsp banana Greek yogurt
2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Filled with coconut milk (any milk of your choice)
You can also add some ice

Turn it green! Add..

- handful of baby spinach
- about 1/4 sliced cucumber

Blend & Enjoy! Xo

They're both delicious but I must say the green way is a little bit better :) make sure to let me know which one you liked better! Cheers! <3

- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 kiwi
- 1 pear
- frozen blueberries
- frozen grapes
- almonds

Berry Beet Smoothie

Beets are becoming one of my favorite ingredients now! Mind you, I NEVER liked beets. That's why these smoothies are awesome for people who don't like the taste of some fruits and veggies because using them like this makes them so yummy! Not to mention, most of the veggies you can't taste at all! Even better, right? We'll here's another awesome delicious smoothie!

- 2 handfuls baby kale
- 1 sliced beet
- 1/2 sliced cucumber
- 1/4 chopped apple
- 4 thin sliced of ginger
- Handful frozen grapes
- handful walnuts
- handful frozen strawberries
- handful frozen raspberries
- filled with milk

Blend & Enjoy! Xo

Pineapple Banana Beery Smoothie

- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- chopped pineapple
- handful frozen blueberries
- handful frozen grapes
- handful almonds
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- filled with coconut water

The thing about these recipes are, you really can't go wrong! Putting together these recipes are just second nature to me now! This one is mostly all fruit but if I put some cucumber or carrots, you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference, which is the best part of course. Choosing what liquid I want to use, I must say using milk is my favorite, but water, coconut water, coocnut milk, and regular cows milk are all my favorites. Milk makes it creamer and more filling giving you those extra calories, which is fine because all the ingredients are fruits and veggies! :)

Blend & Enjoy! Xo

Pineapple Beet Smoothie

This smoothie is so delicious!! I absolutely love it! Soooo yummy!!!

- handful baby kale & spinach
- handful chopped pineapple
- 1/2 chopped pear
- 1/4 sliced cucumber
- 1 sliced beet
- handful walnuts
- couple thin slices ginger
- filled with milk

I decided I like using milk a lot better than water because it keeps you more full, but water would work just as great. Almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla almond milk, etc. is even better! :) cheers!

Blend & Enjoy! Xo
