I went a little more simple with this recipe, but it is so delicious! This one I think would be a great starter smoothie for someone who's not that big on fruits and veggies who's wanting to start eating healthy! Here it is!
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- handful frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- handful walnuts
- 2 tsp coconut Greek yogurt
- filled with coconut milk
