- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 sliced kiwi
- handful of almonds
- 1/4 sliced cucumber
- couple baby carrots
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- filled with milk
I used regular 2% milk, because I was out of my coconut milk and vanilla almond milk, but any of them would've worked great, even just water would've been good!
