This smoothie is soooo good!! It tastes
soooo delicious! Like I said before, don't be afraid of the beets! I always thought I didn't like them until I started using them in my smoothies and now I absolutely love them! Also, the beets I buy are already peeled and cooked!
- 1 handful baby kale
- 1 sliced beet
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen peeled & sliced banana
- 3 thin slices ginger
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 3 sunflower flax snax (optional)
- handful of almonds
- filled with vanilla almond milk
