Creamy Beet Smoothie!
Another smoothie made with beets & pineapple! One of my favorite two ingredients to add together in a smoothie! The flavors of the those two ingredients mixed together in a smoothie always comes out just perfect! I love using pre cooked, steamed, ready to eat beets like these ones I found made by "Love Beets"! These beets are organic and come in a few different flavors. I chose the honey & ginger flavor since I also love adding ginger to my smoothies whenever using beets! This smoothie is soo good, I just can't get enough!!
∙ 3 small steamed organic beets
∙ 1 cup diced pineapple
∙ 2 frozen bananas
∙ 1 handful organic baby spinach
∙ filled with organic 2% milk

Energy Boosting Avocado Kiwi Smoothie!
This smoothie is one of the best ones I have made so far! The taste actually took me by surprise, I was not expecting it to be so good!!
Kiwi is one of the best sources of energy you can get! It gives you an instant energy boost and not to mention amazing for you. Also, getting energy from a kiwi is far better than getting it by drinking coffee or an energy drink and you will not crash later either! I have learned that just two kiwis have more potassium than one banana and more vitamin c than one orange! Another awesome fact about kiwi is that it has the least amount of pesticides on it compared to other fruits and vegetables (making it on the "clean 15" list) so you really don't have to buy it organic, and it's also very reasonably priced too which is always a plus! It's really just one of the best super foods you can eat and by putting it in a smoothie like this is great! :)
- handful baby spinach
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 frozen mango
- 1 stalk of celery
- about 1/4 sliced cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- handful almonds
- filled with vanilla almond milk
Blend & Enjoy! Xo

Perfect Delicious Green Drink!!
This is a very delicious green drink! Packed with nutrients and flavor! Very refreshing with a little bit of zing! :D I try to add 2 tbsp of coconut oil to my smoothies because I learned how there are so many health benefits to take 2 tbsp per day so I just add it to my smoothies to make it convenient and it also adds a little flavor too :) also adding some nuts or seeds to your smoothies is more about the health benefits then anything else so I mainly use almonds but any type of your choice would work just fine but that set is completely optional just like the coconut oil! :)
- handful baby kale
- 4 baby carrots
- 1/4 sliced cucumber
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 frozen red grapes
- 1/2 sliced green apple
- 1/4 peeled lime
- handful almonds (optional)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 3 thin slices ginger
- filled with 1/2 coconut water & 1/2 water
Blend & Enjoy! Xo

Blackberry Pineapple Beet Smoothie
This smoothie is so so sooo good!! It's nice and creamy and full of flavor! Don't let the beets scare you if you don't like them! I never liked beets but always see smoothie recipes with them in it so I had to try it and the taste took me by surprise! I absolutely love using beets now in my smoothies and adore the taste now! Also when I use beets I like to use some kind of milk to really make it creamy, the taste is just perfect! And this hot pink color it turned out to be isn't too bad either! ;) So here it is..
- 1 1/2 slices of beets
- handful frozen organic blackberries
- 1/4 sliced cucumber
- handful walnuts
- tbsp organic coconut oil
- tsp pear Greek yogurt
- handful frozen chopped pineapple

Green Apple Peanut Smoothie!
So I was inspired by my favorite snack of all time when trying to think of a new recipe, which is simply a sliced green apple with a side of peanut butter (yummmm!) but anway, I don't know what has taken me this long to come up with this smoothie recipe but I'm so glad I did because it is so frickin delcious omgggg I already know this will be my new go to favorite smoothie! I just love it so much!😋
so here it is..
∘ 1 handful of baby kale
∘ 1/2 chopped green apple
∘ 1 tbsp peanut butter
∘ 1 tbsp almonds
∘ 1 frozen banana
∘ a few ice cubes
∘ filled with whole milk
I like to use this organic whole milk to make my smoothies as creamy and filling as possible 😊 and I love this Earthbound Farm organic baby kale, it's so good I can eat it right out of the package lol! And then I just used a regular organic green apple!
For the peanut butter I ended up using this "Crazy Richards all natural creamy peanut butter". It's a really good peanut butter even though I do usually use an organic kind but I was currently out of it, but this did just fine! Also, under the ingredients all it says is peanuts, which is always a nice sign and good to see! Instead of reading a bunch of yucky ingredients lol. But yea even though this peant butter isn't organic it really is a great one and tastes awesome!
Here's all the ingredients together besides the milk and ice!
